Аннотация

Based on a comprehensive analysis of modern specialized literature, it was found that, on the one hand, the gastrointestinal tract functioning is influenced by free amino acids circulating in the blood, and on the other hand, by the activity of the pancreas, liver and intestinal metabolome, the maintenance of the sanogenic level of the latter being closely related to the intake of threonine, serine, proline and cysteine from food. Disorders in the metabolism of free amino acids inevitably trigger pathologies of the gastrointestinal tract, so the qualitative and quantitative characteristics of the spectrum of free amino acids in the blood are indicators of their homeostasis. Accentuation the elements of the functional system that determine the homeostasis of the intestinal microbiota under extreme conditions can contribute to the understanding of the coordination and synchronization mechanisms with other systems of the body for the directed maintenance of host health.

Keywords: functional systems, homeostasis, gastrointestinal tract, free amino acids, intestinal microbiota, extreme conditions, stress.
